COACHING TERMS & AGREEMENT – M3 Mastery
By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms between you ("Client") and Kevin D. St.Clergy / Blind Blaming LLC ("Coach"):

1. COACHING SERVICES
Coach agrees to provide M³ Mastery Coaching services to Client, including:
• Bi-Weekly group coaching sessions
• Access to M³ Framework training materials
• Private community access
• Email support between sessions
• All other services outlined in the proposal

2. TERM AND PAYMENT
• Program Duration: 1 year from purchase, DOES NOT AUTO Renew
• Investment: $6,000 OR 3 PAYMENTS OF $2200
• When approving payment you are also agreeing to the terms on this page. 

3. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP
This is a coaching relationship, not therapy or medical treatment. Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or healthcare provider. Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions or notify Coach of absences
• Complete assigned work between sessions
• Be honest and forthcoming during coaching
• Take responsibility for their own results

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Coach will keep Client information confidential except:
• When disclosure is required by law
• To prevent serious harm to Client or others
• When Client provides written permission
Group coaching sessions are not confidential. Participants are expected to respect each other's privacy. All calls are recorded and shared with participants. Private coaching calls are recorded and private. They are not shared with anyone but the participants.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
• Missed Sessions: If Client misses a group session, no makeup is provided
• Program Cancellation: No refunds after 14 days from purchase date
• Coach Cancellation: If Coach cancels the program, Client receives a prorated refund

7. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED
Coach makes no guarantees regarding Client's business results, income, or outcomes. Success depends on Client's effort, circumstances, and implementation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Coach's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount Client paid for coaching services. Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Lampasas County, Texas.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
