By purchasing or using the Business Readiness Assessment Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

About This Program
The Business Readiness Assessment Program is provided by Kevin D. St.Clergy, doing business as Blind Blaming LLC, located in Sparks, NV.
Interview Connections as well as other referral sources serve as referring partners and receive compensation for referrals to this program. Interview Connections, our other referral partners and Blind Blaming are separate, independent business entities. Your purchase creates a direct service agreement with Blind Blaming only.

One 90-minute private strategy consultation with Kevin D. St.Clergy
Call recording and follow-up resources

Investment: $997, payable in full, or 3 monthly payments of $375.

If you complete the full 77-question assessment, attend your entire 90-minute intensive planning call with Kevin, and you're not satisfied with the value you received, we'll refund your full $997—no questions asked.
To qualify for a refund, you must:

✅ Complete the 77-question assessment honestly and thoroughly at least 48 hours before your scheduled call
✅ Attend and actively participate in the full 90-minute call with Kevin (no early departures)
✅ Request your refund within 7 calendar days after your call by emailing support@blindblaming.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Failure to complete the assessment before your call
Missing your scheduled call (no-shows)
Leaving the call early or not participating
Canceling or rescheduling more than once
Requesting a refund before attending your scheduled call
"Not having time to implement" or disagreeing with recommendations after the fact
Technical issues on your end that prevent call attendance (your responsibility to resolve)

This guarantee exists because Kevin is confident in the value he delivers—but only to people who actually show up and do the work.
Refund requests meeting all criteria will be processed within 10 business days.

Your Responsibilities
To get the most from this program and qualify for the satisfaction guarantee, you agree to:
✓ Complete the 77-question assessment honestly and thoroughly
✓ Submit your assessment at least 48 hours before your scheduled call
✓ Show up on time and prepared for your full 90-minute consultation
✓ Participate actively throughout the entire call
✓ Work with Kevin's Executive Assistant to schedule your call (no automated booking)
✓ Keep all proprietary materials, frameworks, and strategies confidentialIf you don't submit your assessment 48 hours in advance, we may need to reschedule your call. We're not responsible for delays caused by your failure to complete these steps.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in forfeiture of the satisfaction guarantee.

Scheduling & Rescheduling
You'll schedule your consultation by working directly with Kevin's Executive Assistant. No automated calendar links.
We get it stuff happens and things come up, you can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules or last-minute changes (less than 48 hours notice) will result in:

Forfeiture of the satisfaction guarantee
Possible forfeiture of your call entirely with no refund

No-shows forfeit both the consultation and the satisfaction guarantee. No refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Everything Kevin shares with you (frameworks, methodologies, reports, recordings, resources) is proprietary and protected by copyright.
You can use these materials for your own business.

You cannot:

Share them with others
Teach or certify others using Kevin's methods
Sell or license them
Create derivative works or knock-offs

Violating this may result in legal action.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the program.

Results Disclaimer
Kevin makes no guarantees about your business results beyond the satisfaction guarantee described above. Your long-term success depends on you: your effort, your implementation, your market, your circumstances.

Testimonials and case studies are real, but they're not guarantees of future results. Your results may vary.

The satisfaction guarantee applies only to the value of the assessment and call itself—not to your future business outcomes or revenue results.

Chargeback Protection
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first requesting a refund through our satisfaction guarantee process.

Initiating a chargeback without following the proper refund request procedure is a breach of this agreement and may result in:

Immediate termination of access to all materials
Legal action to recover costs, fees, and damages
Reporting to credit bureaus and fraud prevention services

If you're not satisfied, use the satisfaction guarantee process outlined above.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin and Blind Blaming LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this program.

Maximum liability is limited to what you paid ($997).

Interview Connections or other referral partners have no liability related to the delivery or outcomes of this program.

Program Modifications
Kevin reserves the right to modify the program structure or materials, provided the overall value remains intact and does not affect the satisfaction guarantee.

Communication
By enrolling, you consent to receive emails, calls, and messages from Kevin's team and Interview Connections (or other referral partners) about your program, scheduling, and related services.
You can opt out of marketing emails anytime, but you can't opt out of essential service communications about your purchased program, including satisfaction guarantee eligibility reminders.

Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Nevada law (Sparks, Nevada).
Any disputes not resolved through the satisfaction guarantee process will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Your Agreement
By clicking the button and completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

You've read and understood these terms
You understand the satisfaction guarantee requirements and conditions
You understand Blind Blaming LLC and Interview Connections (or other referral partners) are separate businesses
You understand Interview Connections receives compensation for this referral
You accept that long-term business results are not guaranteed beyond the satisfaction guarantee
You're responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes
You agree not to share or commercialize any proprietary materials provided
You're at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement
You're entering this agreement voluntarily
You agree to follow the proper refund request process rather than initiating chargebacks
